Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within three business days, as our tools are currently made to order. Please check the individual lead time per product, as some are specially made to order and may take longer. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will be delivered by DPD Next Working Day within 1-2 working days.
- Delivery Cost: A flat rate of £10.00 applies to all orders.
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to addresses within mainland UK. If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands, please contact us before placing your order, as additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s progress.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@mawboards.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any return postage costs where applicable.
